22. 07. 2022After the successful tasting menu from the chef of the presidents of the republic, Ladislav Jakoubek, we are coming with another continuation of the tasting evenings.
We have now contacted Executive Chef Michal Buček from the Berchtold Castle restaurant.
You can look forward to his excellent cuisine on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. in Restaurant Baltaci Zlín, to which we invite you.
He was born in Bohumín, where he learned the craft of cooking.
During his cooking experience, he reached the renowned kitchen of the Hilton Prague 5* hotel.
He gained the most experience in the restaurant of the Serbian chef and owner Miralem Arapovic, who passed on all of his art to him.
You could meet Michal Buček with his culinary creations in the original Prague bar Cloud 9 sky bar & lounge.
Also as a Junior Sous Chef at the Czechouse in the Hilton 5* hotel and also as an Executive Chef at the Kingscourt 5* hotel.
Recently, he has been involved in the biggest amateur cooking television competition as a Culinary Producer.
Now he and his team take care of the Berchtold restaurant in Berchtold Castle.
With the tasting menu, we will again offer wine pairings from the selection of wines from Vinoteka U Pešatů.
