Asian Tasting Evening COLOURS OF ASIA will take place on Wednesday 26th July 2023 at 6.00 pm in Restaurant Baltaci Zlin.

During the evening you can taste various specialities prepared by sushi master Jaroslav Bednar and well-known chef Michal Bucek.

The first course will take us to the heart of the streets of one of the most inhuman countries in the world – China. Tasty pork belly in a distinctive Hoisin sauce with rice chips and exotic legume fruit Tamarind, which is richly cultivated mainly on the Indian continent for its deliciously sweet and sour taste. The second course will be, how else, than sushi rolls CALIFORNIA ROLLS, with salmon, avocado, cucumber and mild Philadelphia cheese.

We will stay on the Japanese island for a while longer, including the third course, an unusual version of NIGIRI sushi, which is accompanied by smoked beef tenderloin. This is an original, but very popular combination that finds its lovers all over the world. The fourth course, Thai cream soup, will be TOM KHA PRAWNS, which will enchant you with its rich combination of flavours and freshness. Our environment will be prepared in the style of an Asian paradise to make you feel like distant travellers in magical lands.

The fifth course is SOFT SHELL CRAB BAO BUN. This dish originates from Asia, more precisely from the region of Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand), you can not taste it somewhere. It is a combination of crispy and juicy soft-shell crab fried and wrapped in a soft and light Bao bun, appropriately paired with Pak Choi and wasabi mayonnaise.

The penultimate course will be a fusion of Japanese and Central Asian cuisine カツカレ or “Tuna Katsu Curry“. It is served with a rich and spicy curry sauce full of complex aromatics and spicy character. Combining the crispy exterior, juicy tuna meat and spicy curry sauce creates a perfectly harmonious whole. Food

The sweet spot is a dessert called COCONUT TAPIOKA. Coconut tapioca is a stunning dessert and one of the favourite delicacies in Southeast Asia and other parts of the world. This delicious dish is made with tapioca, prepared from the cassava root, and coconut milk, which adds a sweet and creamy flavour.
